Notes	Tiamat's telepathy is limited to Inner Dimensionals. Her wings are oddly colored in the flight feathers, being different shades of gold, but this is not a mutation. Her pendant was once a powerful amulet, but now is dwindling in power. It used to be able to heal large numbers of creatures all at once, but now can only concentrate its power on one at a time. It has the power to fully heal all wounds, mortal and otherwise, and also repair dead flesh, such as scars, and the like. This includes revival or resurrection.
