Cancel Summon - Cancels out summoned creatures.
Power's Keep - The ability to cause the sky and earth to collide with energy, instantly killing or paralyzing anything in the area.
Shine - Light is reflected away from the user, causing it to temporarily become shadow, while the reflected light continues forward in a huge wave of life absorbing energy. If hit, the target will be seriously drained of its life energy.
(Wave) Moment's End - Instantly kills the target. The user will then take the target's soul from its body and force it to answer questions. If the target answers the questions wrong, then the user will not take its soul back to its body. If the target answers the questions correctly, then the user will take the target's soul back to its body. This ability causes permanent energy loss, and sometimes blindness. |

Veliuus can see the souls of the dead, but cannot be hurt by them. The two earrings on his left ear hold a rare gem amulet on a thin gold chain. This amulet allows the wearer to send many small power beams at one or more. These power beams will go right through the target, obliterating any flesh or bones in its path. This only activates when he is angry.
His necklace is gold, with several blue symbols painted on it. On the back of the necklace there are three things attached - keys, a golden feather, and a small golden skull. The keys open the Source Temple, which is located miles underground. He is one of three Source Kats which possesses keys to the temple, which means he did something to please Chalice. On the front of his necklace there are two blades. Each can be pulled out of the necklace and thrown at a target. They'll explode on contact and 'regenerate' in his necklace. His eyes are black on red, which is a slight mutation. His ears are also a slight mutation. |
